Hi everyone, Bryan Here…

We are only a few weeks away from ‘Hell in a Cell 2015‘, which will take place in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center. If you recall, we went to ‘Hell in a Cell’ 2014 and wrote about it. Needless to say, we had a great time. WWE has been amping up the storylines and matches on Raw and Smackdown these past couple of weeks and now we have an updated title card for the PPV. This looks like it will be a great event with some solid matches lined up.

What we know so far is:

(Hell in a Cell Match) The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar part II

The last time we saw these two wrestle was Summerslam where Lesnar clearly made Undertaker tap out, but the ref didn’t see it. Soon after that, Undertaker put Lesnar in a submission hold, causing Lesnar to pass out and ending the match. Don’t worry though, Lesnar went out like a champ, extending his middle finger in the Undertaker’s face before he fell asleep. Undertaker is old as balls these days, while Lesnar is in the best shape of his life. The guy is literally a man-god-beast. I was hoping this story line was finished between these two, but I guess Undertaker is still wanting to prove he is more capable that yelling at kids to turn down the music and get off his lawn. It would be awesome to see Undertaker throw Lesnar off the top of a cage match like he did to Mick Foley back in 1998 at ‘King of the Ring’. And please God, let Rollins end Undertaker’s career here. This storyline is over.

(WWE World Heavyweight Title Match) Seth Rollins vs. Kane

Rollins still proves week after week that he is one of the best wrestlers in the business. There literally isn’t one thing he can’t do. He is one of the BEST heel champions in a long long time in the WWE. Meanwhile, Kane has been wrestling for decades now. Sometimes with his demon mask on, and sometimes without it, as he’s known as Corporate Kane. Very Superman-esque, I know. The story here is that the WWE wants us to believe that Demon Kane and Corporate Kane are two different people, or at least two very different personalities. One thing is for sure though, Kane is a solid in ring competitor, even though he is a little slow and a bit on the old side of the ledger, but he’s always on point. Add Rollins to this bitter rivalry, and we might just have an excellent match, one in which Rollins will counter almost every choke-slam. Oh yeah, there will be fire. Lots of fire. And yes Rollins will retain the title.

(Divas Title Match) Charlotte vs. Nikke Bella

Charlotte is the daughter of legend Ric Flair – Woooooooo! And she is a complete badass in every way, shape, and form. I mean, she could give any wrestler, man or woman a run for their money. The chick is hardcore and makes daddy Flair cry like a little girl with a skinned knee almost constantly. Woooooooo! Meanwhile, Nikki Bella just lost her title to Charlotte after holding it for a new world record. This is just basically a rematch for the title back, which I imagine Charlotte will retain. Still, I expect some sort of interference here.

(Tag Team Title Match) New Day vs. The Dudley Boyz

The New Day has quickly become my favorite wrestlers to watch. They are just so damn hilarious on the mic and getting the crowd amped up. Not to mention they are excellent wrestlers inside the ring. They have a brilliant faction right now, complete with a trombone. They are heels for sure, but they they are so much fun, I believe everyone loves them. Then on the other hand, you have the legendary Dudley Boyz, who have been gone from the WWE for a number of years, but have both come back to break some tables and reclaim that Tag Team Title once more. This match will be a ton of high-flying fun with tons of tables broken with bodies, however, I see New Day winning again due to interference. One day Dudley Boyz will hold that title again.

(Hell in a Cell Match) Bray Wyatt vs. Roman Reigns

I’m happy these two are in a Hell in a  Cell match, however, the WWE can’t find a solid ground or story for these two great wrestlers. They haven’t been able to for a long time. Bray is the equivalent of the Yellow King from season one of HBO’s ‘True Detective’, and Reigns is the strong hold pretty boy from a faction called The Shield from a long time ago. Both are quite fun to watch in the ring, but the story isn’t there yet. I hope before the 25th, that a solid storline can be developed, which I imagine will involved Bray’s “family” and possibly Randy Orton and Dean Ambrose, however we might have a separate match with just them. I can see either guy winning that match here, but only with interference, leaving this feud going longer than it should.

Interestingly enough, there are no plans for John Cena to defend his US Title, nor are there plans for Dolph Ziggler, Rusev, Ryback, Cesaro, Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho, or Big Show yet. I expect this to change in the coming weeks, but we will see. I fully expect John Cena to lose if he has a match, because he is taking quite a bit of time off from the WWE after this PPV.

Will update as we hear more. Till then, keep it tuned here for RAW and Smackdown results and commentary.
