That’s right.  The heroes and villains of Gotham City are coming to an arena near you for the ultimate stage production of BATMAN.  According to the Hollywood Reporter, the production will be called “BATMAN LIVE” and will open up in Manchester this summer.  It will travel to the states in the summer of 2012 and travel throughout North America.

This is a twenty million dollar production in the vein of “Walking With Dinosaurs”.   Supposedly, this play is going to be a coming of age story of the origin of Robin.

Will this do better than the Spidey Musical??  I’m thinking so.
