Nintendo must be hurting for money, because the GIANT video game company wants to charge people to use the forever loved pop culture saying, “It’s On Like Donkey Kong“.

Now I know that Nintendo is about to release their new Donkey Kong game, “Donkey Kong Country Returns”.  And maybe a way they are wanting to promote it is by filing papers for a patent and trademark on that beloved phrase, “It’s On Like Donkey Kong”.

That phrase has been around for a very long time and has been used in tv,movies, and music.

Now Nintendo is trying to make money on it to promote their new game which comes out November 21st.
