‘Midsommar’ Blu-ray Announced!

by Gumbercules9000 on Aug 19th, 2019

One of the best films of the year is coming to Blu-ray in time for Halloween. ‘Midsommar‘, directed by Ari Aster (Hereditary) will be coming to Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy on October 8th from Lionsgate. I guess they’re milking it for a future all-out release.

Ari definitely knocked it out of the park once again.

There are other reviewers on here who have a far better understanding of the horror genre and can break it down in that regard for you. I decided that I won’t spoil anything and will just give what resonated with me the most walking out. Midsommar is the most disturbing and uncomfortable break up movie I’ve ever seen.

Padmé:
If the Senate votes to create an army, I'm sure it's going to push us into a civil war.
Gov. Sio Bibble:
It's unthinkable! There hasn't been a full-scale war since the formation of the Republic!
