Here is the brand spanking new show on the MULTI-MEDIA MEN podcast network called Fear and Loathing in Cinema where we take an old movie and deep dive into the production, behind-the-scenes, and casting to see if the film still holds up or if it never really did! Here on this first episode, hosts  Bryan Kluger from Boomstick ComicsHigh Def Digest, and Screen Rant, along with good friend Dan Moran of Boomstick Comics joins in on the fun. The film we dissect in this episode is THE VILLAGE (dir. M. Night Shyamalan)!

After a brief update about the state of movie theaters and most film studios pushing back their films for a couple of years, along with going to the streaming services, we jump into THE VILLAGE as we talk about how it got made, the casting decisions, the original ending, practical effects, funny dialogue, political and social commentary, and all the horror and scares that come with this film. We even dive into some of the more taboo subjects the movie brings up. We had a ton of fun.
