‘Get Out’ is Coming back to theaters for FREE!

by Gumbercules9000 on Feb 16th, 2018

On February 19th, a total of 55 AMC Theaters across the nation will show the Oscar nominated and award winning film ‘GET OUT’ for FREE! You can see the list of theaters down below by clicking the link. ‘GET OUT’ is one of the best films of 2017 and I’m so happy they are showing it for free next week. Who would have predicted that one half of the ‘Key and Peele’ show would direct a movie that would be talked about and remembered for many years to come. It’s half horror and half comedy with an excellent satire behind it all.

This movie was so perfectly made, that you can’t help but watch it over and over again to catch all the little details throughout. With ‘The Stepford Wives’ and ‘Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner’ mixed into this sharp, witty, and scary movie, Peele navigates some hot topics that resonate still almost a year later. It’s smart, entertaining, and fun on all counts. Plus the ending is completely satisfying.

“When Jordan approached us about a way to thank fans one year after the release of Get Out, we thought a Presidents’ Day screening during Black History Month would be a wonderful way to commemorate the film’s impact,” said Jim Orr, President, Distribution, Universal Pictures.  “The success of his stunning vision would not have been possible without the audience’s passion for both Get Out’s groundbreaking storytelling and its deft use of art as society’s mirror.”

Brick Top:
Pull your tongue out of my arsehole, Gary. Dogs do that. You're not a dog, are ya Gary?
No, no I'm not.
Brick Top:
But you do have all the characteristics of a dog, Gary. All except loyalty.
[Errol zaps Gary]
[Voice over] It's rumored that Brick Top's favorite means of dispatch involves a stun gun, a plastic bag, a roll of tape, and a pack of hungry pigs.
Brick Top:
[to Errol's companion] You're a ruthless little cunt, Liam, I'll give you that. But I got no time for grassers.
[John throws a plastic bag over Liam's head and suffocates him]
Brick Top:
Feed 'em to the pigs, Errol.
[to the two boxers, who are now staring in horror]
Brick Top:
What the fuck are you two looking at?
