‘I Saw The Light’ Looks Phenomenal!!!

by Red Zeppelbon on Dec 1st, 2015

Hey guys, Jana here,

i-saw-the-light-1

As far as biographies go, Hank Williams led one hell of a life so there is a ton of material to work with to get to the heart of the country crooner. It’s aptly titled, ‘I Saw The Light‘ because only a man that’s gone through that much darkness could truly appreciate a glimmer of light.

The casting choice of Tom Hiddleston¬†as Williams has been oft-discussed and at times, flat out laughed at, but he’s a man on a mission and intends to win the world over with his version of the troubled singer. The tough-as-nails wife of the singer, Audrey Mae has gone to Elizabeth Olson, with Bradley Whitford and Cherry Jones adding to the large and talented cast. I hate that we have to wait until the end of March 2016 to see this movie because it is going to be a masterpiece!

Movie Quotes

[during a "Diversity Day" exercise]
Dwight Schrute:
Shalom, I'd like to apply for a loan.
Pam Beesly:
That's nice, Dwight.
Dwight Schrute:
OK, do me. Something stereotypical so I can get it really quick.
Pam Beesly:
OK, I like your food.
Dwight Schrute:
Uh, Outback Steakhouse, I'm Australian, mate!
Michael Scott:
Pam, come on, "I like your food," no, come on, stir the pot. Stir the melting pot, Pam! Let's do it, let's get ugly, let's get real.
Pam Beesly:
OK, if I have to do this, based on stereotypes that are totally untrue, that I do not agree with, you would maybe not be a very good driver.
Dwight Schrute:
[shocked] Aw man, am I a woman?
