New Trailer Features Ethan Hawke In ‘Good Kill’!!!

by Red Zeppelbon on Jan 7th, 2015

Hey guys, Jana here,

good-kill

Good Kill‘ stars Ethan Hawke, January Jones, Zoe Kravitz and Bruce Greenwood and is featuring a war fought on film in a way no other has been before by the use of drones. For everyone that has heard time and again how time spent playing video games will never amount to anything, this is what your future could be.

Hawke stars as Tom Egan, a Las Vegas-based fighter pilot turned drone pilot fights the Taliban by remote control for 12 hours a day, then goes home to the suburbs and feuds with his wife (Jones) and kids for the other 12. But Egan is starting to question the mission. Greenwood is cast as Egan’s CO and delivers a contemplative line describing their involvement in a way that doesn’t encourage any free thinking on whether or not it’s a just war, but for them it is just war. Written and directed by Andrew Niccol (‘Gattaca‘, ‘In Time‘). Check out the trailer and tell us what you think.
