The Bishop Charlotte Reporting….

There was a war going on under our noses, and we didn’t even know. ABC emerged the victors, however, and now we shall have a comedy starring Mandy Moore (Saved) on their station.

The untitled comedy will be directed by Shawn Levy (Night at the Museum) and written by Bob Fisher (co-writer, The Wedding Crashers). Levy and Fisher will also executive produce, along with Marty Adelstein (Made of Honor) and Becky Clements (Last Man Standing). Moore’s manager John Leshay will produce on his own. As for Moore, she will play Annie, a newlywed whose created family may not be as perfect as she dreamed.

The project will be Moore’s first series in a long time, as she’s usually seen in feature films. She was on Gray’s Anatomy for a while, but lately she’s been heard in such films as Tangled, where she sang the Oscar-nominated song I See the Light.
