Breaking Bad’s Bryan Cranston just accepted the role as the villain in the upcoming remake of the Paul Verhoeven classic, Total Recall. Les Wiseman will be directing. Les’ directing credits include Underworld and the 4th Die Hard movie amongst others. Read our previous coverage on the TOTAL RECALL remake HERE.
If you remember, Total Recall is a remake of the Phillip K. Dick novel called, “We Can Remember It For You Wholesale”.
If you haven’t seen Breaking Bad on AMC yet, get off your ass and watch the series this weekend. What a great show. Cranston will own this role. Even though I am less than thrilled that this director will be shooting the film, I think Cranston will bring a lot to the role.
This is excellent news.
