The king of the Spartans, Gerard Butler is set to star in the action thriller, ‘Olympus Has Fallen’.  Variety describes the film as ‘Die Hard’ at the White House.  Gerard will play an ex secret service agent who has had a rough life since he left the secret service field and is called upon when terrorists take over the White House.

I just hope they make this brutal and funny at the same time, just like the Die Hard films. Well at least the first two.  Creighton Rothenberger and Katrin Benedikt wrote the script and are newbies to the writing field.  I wonder if Bruce Willis will make a cameo appearance in this film and “pass the torch’ down to Gerard.  It would be cool, but I expect big explosions, and many great one liners.
