Oscar nominated actor Peter Postlethwaite has died at the age of 64 due to complications from cancer.
He was nominated for an oscar for his work in the film, “In The Name Of The Father”, but is perhaps best known for his role in the film, “The Usual Suspects” as Kobayashi. Despite his cancer, he has appeared in a number of recent films such as “Clash of the Titans”, “Inception”, and Ben Affleck’s “The Town”.
He was a tremendous character actor, maybe one of the best. He will be missed.
