Hi, Bryan Here…

We’ve been talking about ‘The Terminator‘ reboot for quite some time now. We know that Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones) will be playing Sarah Connor and Jason Clarke (Zero Dark Thirty) will be playing John Connor with Alan Taylor (Game of Thrones/Thor:The Dark World) directing. Now we have just found out that actor Jai Courtney (A Good Day To Die Hard) has been cast as Kyle Reese.

The reboot is called ‘Terminator: Genesis‘ with Paramount distributing. The project has been viciously looking and testing actors for the role, who just like in the original will travel back in time to present day to save Sarah Connor and eventually father the leader of the human resistance, John Connor. Boyd Holbrook (Hatfields and McCoys) also tested for this role and lost to Courtney.

Michael Biehn originally played Reese in the James Cameron original with Linda Hamilton playing Sarah. We are pretty sure Arnold Schwarzenegger will return in some form or fashion as well. But yes, the guy that played Bruce Willis’s son in the last ‘Die Hard‘ movie will by Reese. I hope this will be good.
