Good news, everyone! FX announced that they will be renewing ‘Archer‘ for three more seasons, meaning that there will be at least ten glorious seasons of the hilarious animated show. Season 8 of the show will debut in 2017 with eight episodes with seasons nine and ten having eight episodes as well.

This show first aired in 2009 and has become a cult phenomenon with amazing animated characters and incredible voice talent, including H. Jon Benjamin and Aisha Tyler. Jessica Walter, Chris Parnell, Judy Greer, Amber Nash, Lucky Yates and EP Reed also round out the voice talent here along with some notable guest stars.

“We can’t say enough about what Adam, Matt and the entire Archer team at Floyd County have done to keep this series so insanely funny and vital through seven seasons,” FX co-President of Original Programming Nick Grad did say Tuesday. “The move to Los Angeles this past season as private detectives was just the latest twist in Archer’s legendary exploits and the next three seasons will to be just as amazing and unpredictable. We are thrilled to continue making great TV with our friends and colleagues at Floyd County.”

I hope this is not how you get ants though. I am definitely looking forward to three new seasons and I hope the cast tours around again, doing live reads of the episodes, because that was awesome.
