If it’s Bill Murray, it’s gotta be good, I’m extending that theory to Netflix and their holiday special, ‘A Very Murray Christmas‘. This winter, Murray will bless us with a musical special that’s going to be all-star, all the way. As if anything else would do.

It’s not going to be the same trite, overdone holiday special you’ve seen in the past, this one will be set in New York City’s iconic Carlyle Hotel and opens with Murray prepping to host a live, international holiday broadcast. Then here comes the blizzard that shuts down production. In classic Murray style, he makes the best of a bad situation by singing and celebrating with friends, the hotel’s employees and pretty much anyone else who drops in. This is going to be a great special that I hope will be repeated every year.
