Warner Bros. has put out offers to Channing Tatum (Haywire/21 Jump Street) and Mila Kunis (Forgetting Sarah Marshall/Black Swan) to star in The Wachowski siblings. (The Matrix Trilogy) next sci-fi epic ‘Jupiter Ascending’.  This is will be the first major sci-fi production for the Wachowskis since The Matrix.  If everything goes to plan, shooting will begin late this year according to Deadline.

Nothing is set in stone yet, and any information on ‘Jupiter Ascending’ is being kept tightly under wraps, so not much information is yet available.  Tatum is a powerhouse at the box office right now.  He was recently seen in 21 Jumps St., Haywire, and the Vow.  And Kunis is still in ‘Family Guy’ and will be in the re-telling of the Wizard of Oz film directed by Sam Raimi.

I’m also curious to see if this ‘Jupiter Ascending’ will do for Tatum and Kunis what ‘The Matrix’ did for Keanu Reeves and Carrie Anne Moss.  All I can say right now is…. “Whoa”.
