Jesse Eisenberg and Mia Wasikowska are set to star alongside one another for the Richard Ayoade-directed ‘The Double’.  Inspired by Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s classic novella, the story centers on an insignificant man driven to near breakdown by the appearance of his doppelganger.

The film is set to start filming in the Spring in the U.K.  I’m a fan of Eisenberg’s work and this seems like a good project for him.  Director Ayoade’s claim to fame is that he was one of the stars of the series ‘The It Crowd’.  This will be an interesting project to say the least.
