Hi everyone, Bryan here…..

BBC has announced the arrival of the 13th Doctor for the famed Doctor Who television series. Taking over the role from the departing Peter Capaldi is none other than Jodie Whittaker, who is the first woman to take on the Doctor role in the sci-fi series. Whittaker is in Broadchurch and was the main woman in the excellent Attack the Block movie from a few years ago.

Also, showrunner Chris Chibnall is taking over show duties from Steven Moffat, which he worked on Broadchurch as well. This is great news and I can’t wait to see the new direction the show is taking and how great Whittaker is going to take care of that TARDIS. It’s gonna be good.
