Hi, Bryan Here…
James Franco will join Jason Statham for a film called ‘Homefront’. It will be directed by Gary Fleder (Runaway Jury) and was written by Stallone. Stallone and Statham star in both ‘Exependable’ films. Stallone will also be producing the film. Franco knows no bounds and will be in every movie and genre. I like that about him.
‘Homeland’ follows Phil Broker (Statham), an ex-DEA agent who moves his family to a quiet town hoping to escape his past. However, he finds the town to be overrun with violence, drug traffickers and an evil meth magnate named Gator (Franco). To save his endangered family, retribution is now the only thing Broker seeks.
It looks like production will start in September in New Orleans.
Your thoughts?
James Franco is sometimes a horrible actor, and generally a bad villain. Let’s hope this isn’t one of those times.
