Two of the funniest actresses and comediennes, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will join forces and host the 70th annual Golden Globe Awards.  “Having both Tina Fey and Amy Poehler on board to host this year’s festivities is a major coup,” said NBC President, Paul Telegdy.

Both Fey and Poehler have such great chemistry and have both had some pretty funny and memorable appearances at awards shows.  And both women started on SNL, and have gone on to act in their own films and star in their own NBC series.  Let’s hope that by having these two gals up on the stage, they can pull some weight and get some of their co-stars from their respective tv shows to get up on stage in character.

This should be an awards show worth watching.
