Or rather, what some of you want. Most of the programs heading our way this holiday season look positively mind-numbing.

The programs kick off on November 30^th with the annual lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree.

On December 5^th, there will be a special holiday episode of The Sing-Off.

December 6^th gives us A Michael Buble Christmas.

William and Kate: Inside the Royal Marriage will air on December 13^th.

WWE will sponsor a Tribute to the Troops on December 17^th.

A Very Gilly Christmas will come to us via Saturday Night Live on December 20^th – two hours of Alec Baldwin and Kristen Wiig.

To top it off, It’s a Wonderful Life will air twice this year, on December 3^rd and December 24^th.
