The first trailer for Angelina Jolie Pitt’s creative baby, ‘By The Sea‘ is here and getting ready to debut just in time for awards season. Jolie Pitt writes, directs and stars in the pic with husband, the equally dreamy, Brad Pitt. Rounding out the cast is an international ensemble that reads as a who’s who among the European film-making set.
The film is set in France during the mid-1970’s, an era that is bright and iconic in its portrayal, but also lacks the incessant presence of personal media devices the current generation never seems to be without which makes the separation Vanessa and her husband, Roland, experience seem all the more distant and real. She, a former dancer, and he, a writer from America, travel the country together lingering in one quiet seaside town where their distance leaves openings for them to grow closer to some of the more vibrant inhabitants. The picture bows November 13, 2015.
