Annette Bening has just joined Kristen Wiig for the project, ‘Imogene’.  “Wiig plays a moderately successful Gotham playwright who stages a fake suicide attempt to win back her ex-boyfriend, only to end up forced into the custody of her gambling-addict mother which is payed by Bening.”  Shari Springer Berman and Robert Pulcini who directed ‘American Splendor’ are set to direct.  Shooting is expected to start later this summer.

These two actresses are gold.  They do such a fine job in everything they are in.  Things are looking up for Wiig these days with the mega success of ‘Bridesmaids’.  Hope this turns out good.  I’m pretty sure it will.
