Mark Gordon (‘Grey’s Anatomy‘, ‘Criminal Minds‘) is putting together a new TV Series based on the 1849 gold rush. While that’s slightly interesting, it becomes fan-freaking-tastic when you hear who’s attached to the series.

Three dynamic, mega-stars are headlining the series titled ‘The Barbary Coast‘. Our lead players are Kurt Russell, Mel Gibson and Kate Hudson!!! Not only is Gibson attached to star, he is co-writing the drama and executive produced by Gordon. No other news is available right now, but I hope this is going to be picked up by a powerhouse that delivers on big series like AMC or A&E.
