For the upcoming season of Dexter on Showtime starting at the end of the summer, a couple of excellent actors will be lending their talents to this killer show according to Vulture.   I think one of the many things this show has going for it is its uncanny ability to get amazing performances for cameos in their seasons.

John Lithgow and Jimmy Smits portrayals of horrible killers were fucking awesome and so bone chilling. Keith Carradine’s performance and Julia Stiles performance from last season was stellar.  Now in this upcoming season, Mos Def and Colin Hanks will be added to the roster.  I like this a lot.

Mos Def will play a hardened ex-con while Colin Hanks will play an artifacts expert.  Both I believe will be linked to some gruesome grizzly murders much like all the other characters at some point are.  I really think this show is great and full of twists and turns, and you root for Dexter.  The ultimate anti-hero-hero.
