If you were looking forward to the Marvel’s Cinematic Universe Phase One Superhero Blu-Ray Set, then you might not like this post.  German luggage company Rimowa BhmbH has just filed a lawsuit against Marvel for copyright infringement on the replica S.H.I.E.L.D briefcase that wil house all the bluray films.  The set was supposed to be released in a couple of weeks.  Now, it is indefinitely on hold.  Wow.  How big of an asshole is that German luggage company?

You can read more about the lawsuit HERE, but the claim says that Marvel is using the company’s design.  How fucking stupid is this.  It’s a fucking briefcase.  Leave it alone.  Below is what you could have received if you had ordered the set.  I hope this gets resolved quickly.
