Hi Bryan Here….

Hopefully all of you by now have picked up ‘L.A. Noire’ and have witnessed it in all its glory.  ‘L.A. Noire’ is a pretty spectacular game.  The cimes and cases are deeply involved and the graphics are out of this world.  Rockstar really knocked it out of the park with this game.  So of course, Rockstar Games have almost always released DLC or “downloadable content” for their games that you can add on.  This is pretty normal with games nowadays.  Well there are seven different DLC’s for ‘L.A. Noire’.

There will be a Rockstar pass for $10.00 which will allow you to download all seven add ons.  This special price will be effective until June 14th to which it will jump to $12.00.  There will also be the option to individually purchase each add on for around $1.00 -$4.00.

The seven add-ons consist of new full crimes and cases, challenges, and new suits and guns.

They are as follows with their release date:

“The Naked City” DLC case (May 31)

“A Slip of the Tongue” DLC case (May 31)

Broderick Detective Suit and Gun (May 31)

Sharpshooter Detective Suit and Gun (May 31)

The Badge Pursuit Challenge (May 31)

“Nicholson Electroplating Disaster” DLC case (June 21)

“Reefer Madness” DLC case (July 12)

I’d imagine there will be more DLC to come in the near future.  Maybe we will get a ghost/zombie story line like we did with Rockstar’s ‘Red Dead’.

If you haven’t already, purchase  ‘L.A. Noire’.  It is one of the coolest and fun video games to come out in a long long time.

I hate to say that as much as I want these DLC’s, I’m still hesitant to transmit credit card information over PSN…

  2. Gumbercules9000 Says:

Yeah that could be kind of scary. I wonder if you can download them off of Rockstars website.

Jesus Christ. It's a fire sale.

Matt Farrell:
It's a fire sale.
Deputy Director Miguel Bowman:
Hey! We don't know that yet.
And it's a myth anyway. It can't be done.
Matt Farrell:
Oh, it's a myth? Really? Please tell me she's only here for show and she's actually not in charge of anything.
John McClane:
What's a fire sale?
Matt Farrell:
It's a three-step... it's a three-step systematic attack on the entire national infrastructure. Okay, step one: take out all the transportation. Step two: the financial base and telecoms. Step three: You get rid of all the utilities. Gas, water, electric, nuclear. Pretty much anything that's run by computers which... which today is almost everything. So that's why they call it a fire sale, because everything must go.
