If you remember, a month or so ago, NBC did NOT like David E. Kelley’s pilot to Wonder Woman, but since Comcast is part of GE/NBC now, the new Comcast/NBC has ordered Wonder Woman to pilot.
The show will be based on the iconic DC hero and will have Diana Prince moonlight as Wonder Woman at night and she will be a successful business executive by day. Her golden lasso, bullet wielding bracelets, and her plane.
David E. Kelley was responsible for Ally McBeal and Boston Legal so he is amazing at writing comedy, but supposedly this Wonder Woman pilot will not be campy and will be more on the serious side.
