Hi Bryan Here….

Chickens?  Pigs?  Aliens?  Zach Braff?  A major studio animated epic film?  Oh my!  In the wake of all that is awesome of Pixar, Disney put out their first full blown CGI film to compete with Pixar.  While it does not hold up to really any Pixar film, this little film has enough spark for you to enjoy a few times throughout the years.  Nobody really remembers the film, but they all sort of enjoyed here and there, but ‘Chicken Little was one of those films that gets forgotten.  If you are a fan of the film and don’t already have it on bluray, then you’ll want to pick this release up.

Hi Bryan Here…..

Disney’s ‘Bolt’ arrives on 3D Blu-ray and packs an extraordinary punch with its amazing video and sound.  Not to mention the story for the most part is terrific.  It almost seems that ‘Bolt’, while being strictly a Disney animated film, has a hint of that ‘Pixar’ awesomeness in it.  I was pleasantly surprised by this film on how great it was.  My advice is to pick up ‘Bolt’.  You will be happy you did.

Hi Bryan Here….

‘Meet the Robinsons’ is a surprisingly great little family film.  This is a Disney CG animated film not done by Pixar, but don’t let that stop you from seeing it.  This 3D bluray release is also just as good as the film itself.  I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from this movie, but I’m very happy with it.  Not only will kids enjoy the film, but adults will too, as I did.  This release marks yet another re-release for Disney with their amped up 3D collection.

Bryan Reviews ‘Cars 2′ in 3D!!! (A 3D Blu-ray Review)

by Gumbercules9000 on Nov 19th, 2011

Hi Bryan Here…..

I liked two things from Cars 2.  It looks really good and crisp.  And Bruce “man-god” Campbell lends his voice to one of the cars.  That’s it.  I don’t understand why Pixar lowered the bar with this one.  Cars 2 actually should have been called “The Mater Show” since the film it 95% about him, which is just terrible on every level.  Maybe it’s because I find Larry the Cable Guy just an untalented guy.  The first Cars film has always been my least favorite of all the Pixar films, but that’s not saying much, because every Pixar film is AWESOME.  AWESOME until this sequel.  However this is one of the best looking Pixar films ever to grace blu-ray.  And the 3D is top notch after the first big scene of the film.  But does that make it worth the buy?  You be the judge.

Bryan Reviews Toy Story 3 in 3D!!! (A 3D Blu-ray Review)

by Gumbercules9000 on Nov 16th, 2011

Hi Bryan Here….

Dare I say Toy Stoy 3 is my favorite of the three Toy Story films?  Yes, I dare say it.  Pixar has given me so much over the years in the ways of great and original stories, characters, laughs, and tears.  Upon hearing that Pixar would be making yet a third film, I was excited yet a little weary on a third sequel.  Track records show the third sequels of many films have been terrible.  I was just hoping this would not befall Pixar’s flawless track record.  Well let me just say, that Toy Story made me laugh out loud several times, shed a few tears, and talk about how great the film was for weeks.  Not to mention that the 3D in Toy Story 3 is top notch.  This is the best the 3D has looked out of any of the Pixar films.  This is a must own film and must have for any 3D lover.  Toy Story 3 rocks!!

Bryan Reviews Toy Story 2 in 3D!!! (A 3D Blu-ray Review)

by Gumbercules9000 on Nov 15th, 2011

Hi Bryan Here….

Toy Story 2 is definitely in my top list of best sequels ever.  It shares the list with Godfather 2.  It’s always a crap shoot with sequels, but Pixar did it right with Toy Story.  It added new lovable characters along with some new villains.  And again with the 3D, this sequel amps of the 3D from the first film.  The story is just as good as the first one and adds new laughs and plot.  It never seems redundant from the first film and is always quick to satisfy.  Also let us note that this was the first time Pixar toyed with my emotions making me choke up.  They enjoy doing this to me in later movies like Wall-E, and Up.  But, Toy Story 2 3D edition is badass on all levels and any 3D enthusiast and lover of films and Pixar should rush out to get this.

Bryan Reviews Toy Story in 3D!!! (A 3D Blu-ray Review)

by Gumbercules9000 on Nov 15th, 2011

Hi Bryan Here….

I can’t believe it has been over a decade since Pixar won me over with Toy Story.  Year after year, Pixar has shown me their films and for three years in a row their films were my absolute favorite of the year. It all started with Toy Story.  I always thought as I’m sure most of you did that when I left my room or house, that my toys were alive and talked and had fun together without me.  Toy Story showed me how this could be real.  Not only did Toy Story create what I dreamed of every day, but it paved the way for every CG film made since then.  Toy Story was the first.  It truly was a milestone and achievement in filmmaking.  And add to that they amazing story, cast, and music.  I whole heartedly love this movie.
