Hey guys, Jana here,

When Quentin Tarantino casts a movie, he pulls out all the stops and fills the project with Hollywood’s A-List, and ‘The Hateful Eight‘ is no exception. The project brought together some Tarantino favorites and some new to his work. Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Walton Goggins, Demian Bichir, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen and Bruce Dern are the top-billed names and they make a fantastic ensemble that make up ‘The Hateful Eight‘ and you can bring it home on Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD and On Demand on March 29, 2016.

Quentin Tarantino has given us small slivers of information about his newest undertaking. We first knew it would be a Western and that it was titled ‘The Hateful Eight‘. The director held a table read of the script in a rough format for 1,200 of his fans willing to pay the $100 cover charge. The most ardent Tarantino fans savored the onslaught of information, we speculated on the cast and we held our breath for more. The iconic director has given us the cast, and the film gods rejoiced, ok – I rejoiced.

Hi everyone, Bryan Here…

the-hateful-eight-poster

I’m glad everyone has calmed down now. Back a few months ago, Quentin Tarantino announced that he would be making a new BADASS film called ‘The Hateful Eight‘, which we reported on. Unfortunately, a website called ‘Gawker’ got a hold of the script somehow and posted the entire thing online for anyone and everyone to read. Well, that really pissed off Tarantino as it should and he filed a lawsuit against the website and said he would not make the film. Well I’m glad that was said under high tempers and nobody really meant it, because that would really suck if we didn’t get a new Tarantino movie.

Hi, Bryan Here….

Levon-Biss_Quentin-Tarantino_071212-2890_V1

This is some real unfortunate news. Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino has decided to forgo making his new upcoming film ‘The Hateful Eight‘, which was supposed to be a badass western movie. The reason being is that one of the few people he let read the script, leaked it out to everyone in the world. This is a big “NO NO” in the business, and whomever leaked this out should definitely be fired and never trusted.

Hi everyone, Bryan Here….

We’re here with episode #61 of the Multi-Media Men and Women Podcast, where it was a small gathering. Only myself and Susan Kamyab from ThisChixFlix were at the mic, as we had a lovely discussion on the holiday movies. First though, Susan had never seen the original ‘Star Wars‘ movies until a couple of weeks ago, and we talk about her experience into that fantastic world. We also discuss watching ‘Hateful Eight‘, ‘Joy‘, ‘The Revenant‘, and how well ‘The Force Awakens‘ might do opening weekend.

Hi everyone, Bryan Here…

We finally have a good long trailer for Quentin Tarantino’s new film ‘The Hateful Eight‘, and boy does it look amazing. Then again, what Tarantino film isn’t amazing? I hope Tarantino never stops making films. Official Synopsis: In THE HATEFUL EIGHT, set six or eight or twelve years after the Civil War, a stagecoach hurtles through the wintry Wyoming landscape. The passengers, bounty hunter John Ruth (Russell) and his fugitive Daisy Domergue (Leigh), race towards the town of Red Rock where Ruth, known in these parts as “The Hangman,” will bring Domergue to justice.

Alien: Covenant is Coming to 4K and Blu-ray!

by Gumbercules9000 on Jul 6th, 2017

Hi everyone, Bryan here….

Well well well. It’s nowhere near game over man with the Alien franchise or their home video releases. Alien: Covenant is coming to 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD on August 15th with an earlier Digital release on August 1st. In addition to the mass roll out of these releases, there will also be Limited Edition Exclusives available at certain retailers. Luckily, there won’t be any bonus features specific to the different retailers like they’ve annoyingly done in the past. These exclusives are basically package-only differences, which you can read about below. It looks like Dolby Atmos will be the preferred audio format along with a ton of extras included. I can’t wait to watch this again.

Hey guys, Jana here,

001-3

Walton Goggins is an incredibly talented actor and he shows his total commitment to whatever project he’s working on, at the time. Was he the lynch-pin character to Quentin Tarantino’s ‘The Hateful Eight‘? Was he the beautiful and convincing Venus Van Damme on ‘Sons of Anarchy‘? I could go on all day long about what makes Goggins a fantastic actor, but I think I’ll just cut tot he chase and tell you about his newest project.

Dementia‘ touches on a topic that is a very real fear to anyone that’s had to deal with it. Is the live-in help you hire to care for a loved one going to take advantage of the situation somehow? Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2‘ promises to be every bit as much an awesome ride as its predecessor. We’ve got a new mix tape our heroes will be kicking ass, and dancing, to. The first soundtrack was nominated for a Grammy, so this one has to up the ante. Plus new cast members including one suave, charming dude that wasn’t at all shy about kicking a chick’s ass in ‘The Hateful Eight‘, that’s right – Kurt Russell. Who are the others new cast members you ask, I’ve got the details after the jump.

Movie Quotes

[first lines]
Bonasera:
I believe in America. America has made my fortune. And I raised my daughter in the American fashion. I gave her freedom, but I taught her never to dishonor her family. She found a boyfriend; not an Italian. She went to the movies with him; she stayed out late. I didn't protest. Two months ago, he took her for a drive, with another boyfriend. They made her drink whiskey. And then they tried to take advantage of her. She resisted. She kept her honor. So they beat her, like an animal. When I went to the hospital, her nose was a'broken. Her jaw was a'shattered, held together by wire. She couldn't even weep because of the pain. But I wept. Why did I weep? She was the light of my life beautiful girl. Now she will never be beautiful again. I went to the police, like a good American. These two boys were brought to trial. The judge sentenced them to three years in prison - suspended sentence. Suspended sentence! They went free that very day! I stood in the courtroom like a fool. And those two bastards, they smiled at me. Then I said to my wife, for justice, we must go to Don Corleone.
