Check Out The ‘London Has Fallen’ Trailer!!!

by Red Zeppelbon on Nov 5th, 2015

Hey guys, Jana here,

London-Has-Fallen-New-Banner-Poster-1

If there’s one thing this girl loves than anything else in a film, it’s crazily violent killing, explosions as far as the eye can see and completely preposterous settings that a character shouldn’t survive, but they always do! Basically, I love crappy 80’s action movies. Since I’ve seen most of those, I’m beyond excited for ‘London Has Fallen‘. Add to that a great cast consisting of Morgan Freeman, Gerard Butler, Angela Bassett and Aaron Eckhart and I’m going to be happy.

‘London Has Fallen’ Trailer Is Here!

by Red Zeppelbon on Jul 1st, 2015

Hey guys, Jana here,

gerard-butlers-london-has-fallen-just-got-bumped-to-the-january-2016-dumping-grounds_2

The sequel to 2013’s ‘Olympus Has Fallen‘ is carrying over most of the original cast but not the director. Antoine Fuqua directed the first to success but stepped back from ‘London Has Fallen‘ because he didn’t like the script and Babak Najafi. The film doesn’t release until January of 2016 but Gramercy Pictures has given us a teaser trailer to keep us excited until then.

Banning is back, no not The Hulk, Secret Service Agent Mike Banning (Gerard Butler), and he is ready to tackle the latest hijacking attempt of the power of the United States’ oval. However, in a very Salt like plot, Banning will have the country for which he loves to nearly die. Along with a ghost from his past, he will bring the BOOM like never before in Angel Has Fallen. Hello, Jana here,

Meryl-Streep

There are a few names in Hollywood that can cherry-pick working conditions. Meryl Streep is among the very top of that list. Beginning her career in 1975 with a total of 74 projects in her resume, she has played every kind of character you can imagine. Her performances are moving, funny, realistic or greatly fantastical. No matter what film she’s in, she’s the top of my list of favorite actresses. I’m in high anticipation of what will surely be, another excellent musical performance in the film version of ‘Into The Woods‘.

Gerard Butler Drops Out of ‘Point Break’ Remake!!!

by Red Zeppelbon on May 7th, 2014

Hello, Jana here,

gerard-butler-photo-16

Gerard Butler has moved back onto my ‘Oh, I love him’ list. Butler took up permanent residence on that list from the time I saw his chiseled, gorgeous features in ‘300‘. Then I elevated him to crazy heights after I saw his turn as Phantom and heard a gorgeous voice. Then the love affair came to an unfortunate fork in the road when I learned the horrible truth that Butler planned to take a role that Patrick Swayze made his own as Bodhi  in ‘Point Break‘. Luke Bracey is still set to play FBI agent Johnny Utah originally brought to life by a post Wyld Stallyns Keanu Reeves.

Gerard Butler Joins ‘Point Break’ Remake!!

by Red Zeppelbon on Jan 9th, 2014

Jana B. , Here…

Point-Break1

It pains me every time I hear of an existing movie being bastardized with a revamp. The newest title to head to the remake guillotine is 1991’s ‘Point Break‘. I will never be a fan of twisting a fantastic movie from my childhood into drivel, reflecting the current time frame. ‘Point Break‘ adds salt to the remake wound, but also and more importantly, the Patrick Swayze wound. It’s like Hollywood is telling us anything Swayze did was crap. It’s a shorter list to name the movies the remake fairies DON’T have their meat hooks into.

Film Review: ‘Skyfall’

by Gumbercules9000 on Nov 8th, 2012

Hi, Bryan Here….

It’s hard to believe that the James Bond series is 50 years old now.  Don’t let the age fool you, because with the latest installment of Bond, ‘Skyfall’ might just be the best one yet.  Action-packed with giant set pieces, bits of humor, one of the best villains in Bond history, and one hell of an homage to the original Bond should make ‘Skyfall’ and instant classic and fan favorite of the 007 franchise.

BRIDGE – Chapter Twenty

by Justin Cline on May 9th, 2012

CHAPTER TWENTY

The tinny song was repeating by the time Bridge determined its tune was emanating from him.  After that, the process whereby he retrieved the phone from his coat pocket was lengthy and arduous.  He was in need of fingers, which forced him to swap his lighter from his left hand to the right, balancing it in the center of the wide, flat stone.  Only then could he pull out Rook’s cell and identify the caller.
