Sony Pictures announces their planned release of ‘Resident Evil: The Final Chapter‘. The film will be available on 4K Ultra HD/Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray and DVD on May 16, 2017.If you just can’t wait though, you can view the pic on digital two weeks early on May 2.

The Dallas International Film Festival for 2014 has just announced its full lineup of movies. Last week, we brought you the first ten films that were announced, and if that was any clue on how cool the movies will be this year, it only gets better. It looks like there are some amazing selections this year, films that I’ve been hearing about for quite some time, and am glad to have them in Dallas. Film Review: ‘The Internship’!!!

Much like ‘The Wedding Crashers‘, there is big potential for a successful comedy and tons of gut busting laughs from Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. And just like last time the two were together, we get a bland paint-by-the-numbers comedy that provides only a couple of laughs that is predictable and lacks any real entertainment that lasts more than a couple of seconds. Not making the situation any better, this comedy has a PG-13 rating in order to bring a broader and family friendlier audience to the mix, and the entire movie feels like an ode to Google, more than a comedy. That being said, Vaughn and Wilson should still draw a decent opening weekend.

2013 SXSW Film Lineup Announced!!!

SXSW 2013 is coming up and we are very excited about it.  The lineup for the film portion of the festival has just been announced and Joss Whedon’s ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ will debut at the festival, as well as the remake of ‘The Evil Dead‘, ‘The Incredible Burt Wonderstone‘, and ‘Spring Breakers‘. Plus much more.  Below is the full list of movies.  I can’t wait.  Who’s going?
