by Red Zeppelbon on Jun 9th, 2016

Hey guys, Jana here,

bruce-campbell-emmy-ad

We’ve all been inundated with bids for our votes lately, national politics, school board nominees and now…the Emmy’s? I’m getting sick of the ads and the smear campaigns that are prevalent everywhere and I don’t want to see another candidate stumping – except this one. Bruce Campbell makes everything groovy, including vying for an Emmy nomination.

Hi, Bryan Here….

FantasticFour_Head

We knew that Fox was rebooting their ‘Fantastic Four‘ franchise for some time now. The last two ‘Fantastic Four‘ films were both pretty awful, so it is only fitting that we get a new vision of one of Marvel’s greatest super-hero teams. Josh Trank is directing, which his claim to fame was the ‘found footage’ super-hero film ‘Chronicle‘. I think this is a good fit for him. And the only person attached to the movie so far is actor Michael B. Jordan (‘Fruitvale Station‘).

2012 Emmy Award Winners!!!

by Gumbercules9000 on Sep 24th, 2012

Hi, Bryan Here….

Below is the list of the winners for the 2012 Prime-Time Emmy Award Winners.  I don’t  see how ‘Modern Family’ and ‘Two and Half Men’ win anything.  They shouldn’t win any kind of award when they go up against shows like ‘Mad Men’, ‘Game of Thrones’, and ‘Breaking Bad’.  The Emmy judges need to be fired and never allowed to pick winners ever again.  However, much congratulations to ‘Homeland’, ‘Downton Abbey’, Aaron Paul, ‘Veep’, and ‘American Horror Story’

Hi, Bryan Here….

It’s true.  Very true.  ‘Children’s Hospital’ won an Emmy this weekend.  The beloved genius hysterically funny tv series on Cartoon Network under the Adult Swim lineup won in the “Outstanding Special Class: Short Format Live Action Entertainment Programs” category.  Basically, they won Best Series of their format.  And that is kick ass.

Hi everyone, Bryan here….

Finally, the ‘Andre the Giant‘ documentary that we’ve always wanted is happening with WWE, HBO, and Bill Simmons, which is a hell of a production team right there. This will be a feature length documentary about the wrestling superstar that brought the pro-wrestling business into the big spotlight. Andre Roussimoff was 7’4 and weighed 500 pounds and was one of the biggest names in wrestling. He’s still talked about today. Roussimoff was born in France in 1946 and started wrestling at age 17. He went to Japan, which caught the likes of Vince McMahon Sr. who then signed him to the WWE brand.

‘Mr. Robot’ Has Been Renewed For Season Three!!!

by Red Zeppelbon on Aug 16th, 2016

Hey guys, Jana here,

29-mr-robot.w529.h352

If you haven’t watched ‘Mr. Robot‘ yet, then you’re missing out on an incredibly addictive series. I’m not the only one to think this way, as USA has given the go-ahead to a season three of the series starring Rami Malek. Malek began his career with a few bit part character performances in ‘Gilmore Girls‘ and ‘Over There‘ before making a splash as Ahkmenrah for ‘Night at The Museum‘ and it’s sequels.

Movie Quotes

Lord Nelson Rathbone:
Perhaps you could explain to me how Looney Lin managed to escape from the confines of Scotland Yard under the watch of the most respected police force in the world.
Doyle:
Yes, of course, it's absolutely fascinating. She picked the lock using a deck of rather risqué playing cards. Then scaled the walls with a mop, a fork, and various pilfered undergarments. I've got to hand it to the Chinese, they're awfully ingenious, Lord, aren't they?
Lord Nelson Rathbone:
Does your incompetence know no bounds?
