Well if this isn’t the coolest story of the day. I don’t know what is. Artist Ralph Steadman, whose work is some of the most unique and recognizable art of the modern age has teamed up with Vince Gilligan, the creator of ‘Breaking Bad‘, to create covers for an upcoming limited edition steel book Blu-rays of the hit series.

Hello, Jana here,

bryan-cranston-as-walter-white

Bryan Cranston is one of Hollywood’s greatest talents right now. We loved the goofy Hal on 6 seasons of ‘Malcolm in the Middle‘, and he was the man we loved to hate as he played Walter White on ‘Breaking Bad‘, which ran for 5 seasons and aired it’s final episode in 2013. The celebrated actor has a well that runs much deeper than just a few acting gigs. He is going to tap into that depth to write his memoir that will be published by Scribner and hopefully available in 2015.

Hi, Bryan Here…

There is good news and bad news to this. The good news is that AMC is releasing soundtracks for ‘The Walking Dead‘ and ‘Breaking Bad‘ on vinyl. The records will be picture discs and will be limited. This is amazing, as there have been some great scores and songs from both shows. Are you ready for the bad news?

Hi, Bryan Here….

breaking-bad

AMC’s ‘Breaking Bad’ had an epic panel at San Diego Comic Con this past weekend with cast and crew in attendance. Bryan Cranston even walked around the Comic Con floor in a highly detailed ‘Walter White’ mask, to unsuspecting attendees. You can see proof of that HERE and HERE. But after all of the Q & A’s and stories, we got the first scene of the final 8 episodes of ‘Breaking Bad’.

Hi, Bryan Here….
We don’t usually post stuff like this on here, but this was too good to not share with you folks.  Last night on the ‘Colbert Report‘, Stephen Colbert premiered brand new scenes from ‘Breaking Abbey‘.  Confused?  Well it was the cast of ‘Downton Abbey‘ spoofing ‘Breaking Bad‘ with stars Hugh Bonneville, Jim Carter, and Rob James-Collier cooking meth and dealing with baddies.  It was amazing.  So don’t forget, the season 3 premiere of ‘Downton Abbey‘ premieres on January 6th, with the last season of ‘Breaking Bad‘ airing in the summer. Enjoy the video. Read the rest of this entry »

Hi, Bryan Here….

Good news everyone.  More geek deals today.  Seasons 1-4 of AMC’s ‘Breaking Bad’ are each only $11.99.  That’s the cheapest ever, plus each season comes with commentaries, and tons of extras, and add to that, ‘Breaking Bad’ is one of the best shows ever made.  The series itself looks spectacular on blu-ray and sounds amazing too.  I’m sad that we will only get 8 more episodes ever of this series, but I expect we will all be blown away by the upcoming last 8 episodes.  Take advantage of this deal, as I do not know how long it will last.  Only $11.99 per season, that’s INSANE.  Stock up on holiday gifts for people or treat yourself. These seasons are 75%-85% off right now.

Film Review: ‘The Bad Kids’!

by Gumbercules9000 on Apr 28th, 2016

Beka P., Here…

MarcusPaigeHeader

In the vast and desolate Mojave Desert sits a high school. It’s not just any school, it’s the last stop for many troubled 11th and 12th graders. Triumphs are few and far between, graduations even more rare, but when there’s success it is ever so sweet. The Bad Kids, directed by Keith Fulton and Lou Pepe, follows three teens through their time at Black Rock High School, an alternative institution. The film focuses on Joey, whose turbulent home life leaves him struggling to cope with the normalcy of everyday life; Jennifer, whose lack of confidence stems from an emotionally abusive father; and Lee, a teen parent trying to raise a child with a classmate all the while fighting to compensate for his educational shortcomings.

The Top 20 Female Badasses In Film/TV!!!

Hi, Bryan and Lisa S. Here…..

I had some help writing this article with writer, Lisa S.   Lisa hails from netherworld of the Northwest and is not above watching zombie movies for 24 hours straight.  She loves all kinds of scary movies and is an avid music fan.  You might even find her perusing the used DVD bin at your local movie store looking for old Ernest movies and Sifl and Olly discs.  Lisa helped quite a bit with this article and you can expect her read many more of her articles on this site from this point forward.  Give her a warm welcome and visit her online book and record store HERE.

Now let’s get to the list.  Here are Boomstick’s Top 20 Female Badasses in film and television.  I tried to keep it in the horror/sci-fi genre, but a couple of action star made it in there.  These females are the most hardcore we feel, by how much ass they kick, their courage, and their sex appeal.  We dare you to find better role models and badasses than this.  Enjoy the list.

by Gumbercules9000 on Dec 14th, 2017

Last Flag Flying‘ is coming to Blu-ray on January 30th and will be available digitally on January 16th. The film is directed by Richard Linklater (Dazed and Confused, Everybody Wants Some, Boyhood) and stars Steve Carell, Bryan Cranston, and Laurence Fishburne, and is based on Darryl Ponicsan’s book of the same name. The movie focuses on three older men who all served in Vietnam together. Fast forward many years later, they are all reunited when one of their son’s has died in the Iraq war and they road trip to bury the fallen. It’s a different kind of movie for sure in Linklater’s list of movies, but he proves that he can tackle any subject, even if it isn’t as silly or fun as the above mentioned films of his. There will be audio commentaries, behind the scenes featurettes, deleted scenes, and more included on this Blu-ray. Below is more information on the release.

Film Review: ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’!

by Gumbercules9000 on Dec 12th, 2017

There is always hope for a new ‘Star Wars‘ movie. Two years ago with ‘The Force Awakens‘, Disney and JJ Abrams reinvigorated the franchise into becoming the #1 movie of all time. Not only was it financially successful, but it brought a new love to the film series, since the prequels almost destroyed all that ‘Star Wars‘ had built up since 1977. It was a new day in the ‘Star Wars‘ universe with new characters crossing paths with our favorite original characters, which made our collective nerdy hearts soar with happiness and nostalgia.

The world of pro-wrestling has been around for many years and has certainly seen its ups and downs, most noticeably being the WWE. There have been many promotions through the decades, which have made a lot of people very successful and it continues to this day. At some point down the road though, there was one company that surpassed everyone by leaps and bounds and brought the pro-wrestling arena into the mainstream. Of course I’m talking about World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), or the artist formally known as World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in its teenage angst years. For a long while, there were two major companies that featured the best of the best in the pro-wrestling world. WWE and WCW. They didn’t play well together at all on and off screen.

THE FILM

We’ve seen quite a few movies and even TV shows that cover the Pablo Escobar story and his drug cartel over the years. Some have been great where others missed the mark. Here with ‘The Infiltrator‘, you never really see Pablo Escobar, but only in passing as the story follows real-life US agent Robert Mazur or as his undercover name Bob Musella, played by Bryan Cranston, who is no stranger to the drug business (Breaking Bad). Robert Mazur went deep undercover to unlock and take down Pablo Escobar’s drug business, along with his right hand men.

WWE: Why ‘Fastlane 2016’ Failed as a PPV!

by Gumbercules9000 on Feb 22nd, 2016

Hi everyone, Bryan Here…

Screen Shot 2016-02-22 at 9.50.15 AM

As a whole term paper you’d turn in to your professor as the final minute strikes down, this PPV called ‘Fastlane’ would have received a failing grade in big red ink. That’s not to say that there were some impressive moments. There were for sure some great spots by a few people, but as a whole, the PPV and booking seemed rushed, lazy, and incoherent on a major level. This is unfortunate, because this is the PPV that basically will determine what happens at Wrestlemania 32 – the biggest WWE event of the year. You can also add that this is the first time a Wrestlemania will be in Dallas to the biggest crowd the WWE has ever seen, with it topping more than 100,000 fans. After last night, ‘Fastlane‘ has done nothing to secure a hyped or fun Wrestlemania 32 for Dallas and the WWE Universe. In fact, I’d go as far to say that the Vince McMahon has lowered expectations by a considerable amount.

Sharlto Copley has been in back and forth negotiations to star in the series based on the graphic novel. Copley is an excellent actor and one of my favorite things about the ‘A-Team‘ movie in 2010. His turn as Murdock was so inspired and hilarious, I could watch him all day. I still make jokes about any food that tastes a little off as having been grilled by Murdock with his special sauce (antifreeze). Most recently he was seen in ‘Maleficent‘ as Stefan, there are two films in a post-production phase right now that are set to come out in 2015.

Hi everyone, Jana here,

Bryan Cranston

When you take a multi-faceted actor like Bryan Cranston, his many hats show throughout his career. You’ve got the spineless, browbeaten dad, Hal from ‘Malcolm in the Middle‘, the absolutely brilliant, frightening, genius that is Walter White from ‘Breaking Bad‘. Then you turn-around and he’s in the ‘Rock of Ages‘ musical whaling out Pat Benatar’s ‘Hit Me With Your Best Shot‘. He does some fantastic voice-over work for animated productions. Remember the 6-episode of the animated version to ‘Clerks‘? Chances are if you’ve seen that, you’ve heard Cranston’s voice ( you also understand Jay’s saying “we steal monkeys all the time!” in a later film), but I digress. PLUS!!!  Don’t forget that he’s a bad boy with the roller skates! Remember that episode in Malcolm where he had a big skate scene? That was really him doing it! He’s a renaissance man. The real deal. So it shouldn’t be such a surprise that after Cranston wrapped with ‘Breaking Bad’ that he went straight to Broadway.

It looks like director Rian Johnson is signing the contracts to write and direct Episodes VIII and IX. It was a lot of fun to say the least.  We now have the Championship round elimination for our new Bracket or Final Four and Championship game, which is the Best TV Shows from the 1990s through present day. Several weeks ago, we took a couple of days to come up with 64 of the best tv shows from that time-frame, and we put them in a NCAA-style tournament bracket to see what would emerge as the best show of that time. We separated them into two categories, which were comedy series and drama series. Even in this final round, there were some big fights amongst us. Blood was drawn, bones were broken, words were said, dogs and cats started living together – MASS HYSTERIA. You can click the link below to see the bracket in its entirety and print it out and play along.  This was a lot of fun.

Hi Jana here,

ZOMBIELAND

Woody Harrelson has always had an in-demand acting career, but it seems that he was never so popular as he is now. Everywhere you look, things are turning up Woody. Harrelson joins the cast of ‘Triple Nine‘, a heist-thriller directed by John Hillcoat. Hillcoat brought us some massive hits like ‘The Road‘ and 2012’s massive hit ‘Lawless‘.

Film Review: ‘Need For Speed’!!

by Gumbercules9000 on Mar 13th, 2014

Hi, Bryan Here….

need-for-speed-first-look-06102013-201607

I was trying to think of a movie that was based on a video game that was truly amazing. I couldn’t do it. I went through all of them, and while I enjoyed some of the attempts, nothing really stood out as being unforgettable or even that great. Sure, you have your ‘Resident Evil‘ movies and your ‘Tomb Raider‘ films, but ultimately those are still forgettable and don’t hold up all that well, although they have made a killing at the box office.

Jana B. here,

bryan-singer

Bryan Singer is one busy dude in the entertainment industry, he’s known for the ‘X-Men‘ movies, ‘Superman Returns‘, ‘Jack the Giant Slayer‘ and of course he burst onto our radar with 1995’s twisted crime flick ‘The Usual Suspects‘ that made Singer and Keyser Söze common names. In addition to all the movie titles he has under his belt, he was also the director for the pilot of David Shore’s hit medical drama series ‘House‘ on Fox. Shore and Singer worked together to executive produce the accolade-accumulating series for the entire eight–season run.

Hi, Bryan Here…

It’s official. after a decade or more of trying to get into a movie theater or on a network, Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon’s comic book series ‘Preacher‘ has received the green-light. The project will be written by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg with Sam Catlin (‘Breaking Bad‘) as executive producer and show-runner. ‘Preacher‘ will be on AMC.

Hi, Bryan Here…

barack-obama

President Barack Obama, my man, talked about AMC’s hit show ‘Mad Men‘ on last night’s State of the Union address. That means that from this point forward, ‘Mad Men‘ is part of our American History and could be printed in textbooks in the future. I hope in the future, the president will mention ‘The Walking Dead‘, ‘Breaking Bad‘, and ‘Sherlock‘. Can you imagine if he mentioned ‘Sherlock‘ and or ‘Dr. Who‘? If he did, I think the collective geeks of the world would have a super orgasm at once. Below is the transcript of what he said.

Jana B. here,

Better Call Saul

What would criminal lawyer Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) be without the trusted private investigator, fixer and overall muscle of Mike Ehrmantraut? Luckily we don’t have to find that out! Jonathan Banks joins the cast of ‘Better Call Saul‘, AMC’s prequel to the award winning ‘Breaking Bad‘. ‘Better Call Saul‘ is the brainchild of both ‘Breaking Bad‘ creator, Vince Gilligan (‘X-Files’, ‘Hancock’), and writer-producer Peter Gould. Gould is the person responsible for 1994’s ‘Double Dragon‘. If you don’t remember that movie, the gods have smiled on you.

Film Review: ‘Narco Cultura’!!

by Gumbercules9000 on Dec 7th, 2013

Hi, Bryan Here…..

1357935738NarcoCultura-16x9

This is quite an interesting documentary by Israeli filmmaker Shaul Schwarz who follows police and musicians connected with the sadistic and violent Mexican drug cartel. The film is called ‘Narco Cultura‘ and is a scary, yet hilarious examination of the music that exploits the drug war in Mexico as well as the never ending pursuit of the drug lords by the Mexican police. I don’t expect this making anybody’s Top 10 documentary list, due to its repetitiveness, but should play well and might even make the rounds on VOD.

I don’t want to believe any of this, because I’ve been hurt and burned so many times with this project, that I don’t think my mind, body, soul, and testicles can take it anymore. There have been countless attempts to adapt the comic book series ‘Preacher‘ by Garth Ennis for years now. We’ve even written about it on this site many times. Now, it seems that there is finally some steam and a new company wanting to develop this amazing and sadistic story. And that company is AMC.

Jana B., Here…

 How-I-Met-Your-Mother-7

You can’t bottle lightning and you won’t likely see it strike the same place twice. Yet, television networks seem to be banking on just that improbability becoming the mainstay instead of the rare event it really is. Sadly, those of us that love truly original story lines are running out of things to watch. The silver screen has been a big culprit of this with the barrage of re-makes from successful movies barely 20 years old and mediocre tv shows that have earned the big screen treatment. I always hoped the small screen was safe since spin-offs never seem to do as well as the predecessor. Of course there are exceptions to this rule, but they are few and far between. I’m now taking bets on which of these proposed and shows in the works will make it through their first full season. I’m kidding, I’m not a bookie. Seriously, though…I’ll give you excellent odds.

Vince-Gilligan-Head-Shot-2-325

I think we’ve answered the question of what the modern equivalent of The Midas Touch is. Vince Gilligan would appear to have it. He is coming off a best series win on Sunday for his hit AMC drama ‘Breaking Bad‘. He’s now teamed up with ‘House‘ creator David Shore for an upcoming CBS drama titled ‘Battle Creek‘. CBS has finalized a production order for the 2014-2015 season already committing to 13 episodes. Gilligan originally created this at least 10 years ago. Sony will co-produce with CBS TV Studios, with Gilligan, Shore and ‘Breaking Bad’sMark Johnson all set to Executive Produce.

Are you a Betty, Joan or a Peggy? How about a Don, Pete or a Roger? These names will have more in common with names like Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Chandler, Joey and Ross. Once the final season of ‘Mad Men‘ is behind us, we will all have to grieve over our lost favorites just as we did when hits like ‘Friends‘, ‘Seinfeld‘ and ‘M*A*S*H‘ finished their successful runs. Luckily, we’re going to be let down easy. AMC announced today that the final season of the Lionsgate series ‘Mad Men‘ will be expanded to 14 episodes and equally portioned with seven episodes airing in spring of 2014 (“The Beginning”) and the final seven episodes of this iconic series (“The End of an Era”) airing in the spring of 2015.

‘The Walking Dead’ Companion Series Headed To AMC!!!

by Gumbercules9000 on Sep 16th, 2013

Jana B., Here….

 hr_the_walking_dead

Can there be such a thing as too much of AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead‘? I think….it’s possible. When I learned  that AMC is expanding another successful series into a scripted franchise, I have to wonder if the shambling zombies can keep my attention. After giving the go-ahead last week to Better Call Saul, a spinoff series from Breaking Bad, the network just announced that it is in the initial stages of developing a companion series to the mega hit The Walking Dead. The new series is set to televise in 2015.  It will be will be executive produced by The Walking Dead executive producers Robert KirkmanGale Anne Hurd and David Alpert for AMC Studios. Gale Anne Hurd is the standout among the three having learned directly at Roger Corman’s side. She has a laundry list of successful producing credits and quite a few writing credits to her name from ‘The Terminator‘ canon. And of course, Kirkman is the creator of all things ‘The Walking Dead‘.

As we’ve reported before, Frank Darabont is hard at work, writing the ‘Godzilla‘ reboot as the studio is rounding out its cast. Hi, Bryan Here….

globes-drink

The Golden Globes were last night and Tina Fey and Amy Poehler killed it. They were amazing.  Even former president Bill Clinton showed up to talk about Spielberg’s ‘Lincoln‘.  Even though I really liked the film ‘Argo‘, I was shocked when it won best film and director for Ben Affleck. I was happy to see ‘Django Unchained‘ win for best supporting actor for Christoph Waltz and screenplay for Tarantino. If this is any pre-cursor to the Oscars, I’d be completely let down if ‘Argo‘ takes it all.  Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great film, but not the best film of the year.  I expect it to and want it to win the best adapted screenplay.  Just my opinion.  Below are the full results from last night’s show.

The nominations came in this morning and needless to say, I went into a fit of rage.  I mean I was so mad, I almost wrote a letter.  After going through the list of nominees, while some of the noms were well deserved, many were not, especially in the FILM categories.  There needs to be a serious uprooting process at the Golden Globes where everyone involved in voting needs to be replaced by others who know what they’re doing.

2012 Emmy Award Winners!!!

by Gumbercules9000 on Sep 24th, 2012

Hi, Bryan Here….

Below is the list of the winners for the 2012 Prime-Time Emmy Award Winners.  I don’t  see how ‘Modern Family’ and ‘Two and Half Men’ win anything.  They shouldn’t win any kind of award when they go up against shows like ‘Mad Men’, ‘Game of Thrones’, and ‘Breaking Bad’.  The Emmy judges need to be fired and never allowed to pick winners ever again.  However, much congratulations to ‘Homeland’, ‘Downton Abbey’, Aaron Paul, ‘Veep’, and ‘American Horror Story’

Bryan’s ‘L!fe Happens’ Review!!!

by Gumbercules9000 on Apr 12th, 2012

Hi, Bryan Here….

‘L!fe Happens’ tries so hard to be a warm hearted movie that will make you laugh and feel for its characters all throughout the movie.  But due to its lack of likability of characters, and its really poor and laughable dialogue, ‘L!fe Happens’ plays out more like a 3rd rate series on Lifetime more than the funny, heartwarming, and vulgar humor type of film it wants to be.  And it’s terribly sad, because the cast of this film is amazing.  I like the cast of actors in this movie, but they were given a terrible script and nothing was executed to make me laugh or feel anything for its characters or story.

Bryan Takes One Hell Of A ‘Drive’!!! (A Movie Review)

by Gumbercules9000 on Sep 6th, 2011

Hi Bryan Here….

‘Drive’ surprised the hell out of me.  I really didn’t know much about the film before I watched it other than the title and that it starred Ryan Gosling.  While I was watching the movie there were tons of times where I said “Holy Shit!” or I said “Fuuuck” or I said “Hoooly Fuckin’ Moses”!  I had no idea that ‘Drive’ was not only hardcore on every single level, but the character development and story line was some of the best I have seen all year.  ‘Drive’ is an insane thrill ride with a heart of gold.  I loved every psychotic moment of this film.  And I think you will to if you have the stomach for it.

Hi everyone, Bryan here….

The most popular and well-known man in the world was and maybe still is Michael Jackson. He had fans all over the world and inspired not only the common folk, but many great musicians over the past 30 years years. Michael Jackson won tons of awards for his music, produced and created some of the best songs ever made, delivered the best music videos, and started a big charity called Heal the World. His life was in the tabloids constantly with hideous scum people making up stories that forced him to be a recluse for most of his life. He was just a man who became a father to three kids and when he was pushing 50 years old, he was more or less forced to perform 50 concerts as a way to make ends meet and provide for his family. Much has been said over the many years about Michael Jackson.

Just a few of my favorite posters!!

Hey guys, Jana here,

There are several elements that go into play when a movie is prepping for their initial debut. There is an advertising campaign, and the goal is to saturate the atmosphere with the upcoming movie, all designed to get us to show up in theaters and plunk down a chunk of our hard-earned cash. One of the first type of media to invade our subconscious is the all-important movie poster. This may seem like a small thing, but each poster is carefully designed to share just enough information that will reel us a bit closer, then just like when fishing, set that hook.

Film Review: ‘LOGAN’!

by Gumbercules9000 on Feb 17th, 2017

Hi everyone, Bryan here….

Screen Shot 2017-02-17 at 11.10.34 AM

For decades now, we have been clamoring for a ‘Wolverine‘ film done right. From his first incarnation in Hulk #181 to his own miniseries in comic book form in the 1980’s by Frank Miller, to the amazing Saturday Morning Cartoon, and his first appearance in a feature film in 2000 with ‘X-Men‘, which had the song and dance man Hugh Jackman play the iconic character. He was so good at playing Logan/Wolverine, that fans immediately took a liking to him as that character and he went on to play the ‘Snikt-y Snikt’ character in almost a dozen more films. Besides the ‘X-Men‘ films, Wolverine got his own set of standalone films, which may or may not have been liked by a lot of people for various reasons. Either the story was too silly or the character Wolverine was to PG for fans.

Favorite WWE Matches of 2016!!

by Gumbercules9000 on Dec 31st, 2016

Hi everyone, Bryan here…

screen-shot-2016-12-31-at-4-38-29-pm

Yes, there were a list of movies that tickled my fancy and made me laugh, cry, and be scared so badly that I had to sleep with the lights on. That list is HERE for your enjoyment. Moving on from that, if you have ever met me or have perused this site, you would know that I like a bit of the ole Pro-Wrestling just a smidgen. So it wouldn’t ben an end-of-year celebrations without trying to show you or convince you that Pro-Wrestling is the BEST thing in the universe. After all, ‘Wrestling is Everything is Everything’.

This is one of the most fun and highest forms of entertainment on the planet and a lot of the time when I’m at screenings, I wish I were watching some good ole fashioned wrestling matches. I don’t know why, but it must be in my blood. The below matches are for sure my favorite from the WWE company strictly. If I were to do an all encompassing pro-wrestling list, I would be writing this for the next two weeks and “ain’t nobody got time for that.” So I’ll leave the ‘Wrestle Circus‘, ‘VIP Wrestling‘, ‘NJPW‘, ‘ROH‘, ‘PWG‘, and ‘Evolve‘ for another post, although I think Jervis Cottonbelly and Joey Ryan (The King of Dong Style) deserve some recognition as perhaps some of the best talent in the wrestling business. Seriously, look them up.

Also, at the very bottom of this list, I will place a non-WWE match, which is one of the best matches I’ve ever seen in Pro-Wrestling, and it deserves it’s own place and category, because it’s that hardcore, fun, and insane. I highly suggest you give these matches that are listed below a real chance. You’ll see the storyline that is being told in the squared circle, the amount of high voltage entertainment and athleticism that goes on each and every night here. You will certainly enjoy it.

Hi everyone, Bryan Here…..

Malignant-Man

Fox and Boom! Studios have partnered up to bring ‘Malignant Man‘ to the big screen with Brad Peyton  directing and James Wan producing. Peyton recently directed ‘San Andreas‘ with The Rock and is doing the sequel and the upcoming ‘Rampage‘ film too with (you guessed it) The Rock. And we all know Wan is the horror master who just released ‘Conjuring 2‘, so thus far, this has a solid team behind it.

Screenwriter Randall Wallace is the man that was behind the script for ‘Braveheart‘, ‘We Were Soldiers‘ and ‘Hacksaw Ridge‘, the first two star Mel Gibson and the latter was directed by Gibson. The pair clearly work well together and they’re taking on another project together, a vast undertaking that will be a sequel to ‘The Passion of the Christ‘ that focuses on the resurrection of Jesus.

Warner Bros. is banking on the character Harley Quinn, who will be seen in the upcoming ‘Suicide Squad‘ with her own spin-off movie, because the film studio wants to push a solo film. The ‘Powerman 5000’ Experience!

by Gumbercules9000 on May 6th, 2016

Jennifer S., Here…

MNR1377

Movie Quotes

FBI Director James Womack:
What do you know about V.X. gas?
Dr. Stanley Goodspeed:
Liquid; failed pesticide; discovered by mistake in 1952. Uhh, actually, it's kind of like champagne that way. The Franciscan monks thought they were making white wine. Somehow the bottle carbonated. Voila, champagne, and uhh, then the whole thing...
FBI Director James Womack:
The gas, Dr. Goodspeed.
Dr. Stanley Goodspeed:
It's very, very horrible sir. It's one of those things we wish we could disinvent. This isn't a training exercise, is it?
