Hey guys, Jana here,

Avengers: Infinity War‘ is set to release in May of 2018 so there’s plenty of time for more cast additions and cameo appearances to be announced. Following that line, it’s been announced that Danai Gurira (‘The Walking Dead‘) will be appearing in the latest ‘Avengers‘ film. There has been no official word on what role she will be playing, but considering in ‘Black Panther‘ she plays Okoye, one of the female warriors who watches over the royal family, so it stands to reason she will play the same role.

Hey guys, Jana here,

from-the-jungle-book-to-comic-books-jon-favreau-is-returning-to-marvel-938989

Jon Favreau has a strong presence in the movie-making world. He’s been in front of the camera, behind the camera, writing the lines and doing nearly everything else, at one point, to bring us the cinematic joys we gladly line up for. In our stadium seats with our overpriced popcorn, jumbo sodas and Mike and Ike’s, we get swept away into a world that, sometimes fortunately, is not the one we’ll walk back to, squinting in the daylight after experiencing the action, drama, laughs, epic heights and drastic lows a well-instructed cast has just delivered, and Favreau is among the best at drawing those emotions from a cast.

Joss Whedon comes back to direct the Avengers one more time in “Avengers: Age of Ultron.”  This is undoubtedly the most action packed film to date from the Marvel universe.  From the very first frame, it is nearly two and a half hours of epic battles with your favorite superheroes.  Now, it may be true that some character development screen time has been sacrificed to bring the gloriously orchestrated fighting that graces the screen; however, you have been getting to know these characters for the better part of seven years now.  The public demands to see the Avengers in action, and Whedon serves it up on a silver platter!

Film Review: ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’!

by Gumbercules9000 on Apr 29th, 2015

Hi everyone, Bryan Here…

To basically start out the summer of 2015 with a big bang, comes the highly anticipated sequel to Marvel’s 2012’s ‘Avengers‘ film, which is titled ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron‘. It’s been a long time coming too. Ever since 2008, when we saw Robert Downey Jr. put on the Iron Man suit for the first time, we all knew Marvel Entertainment had a huge franchise on their hands, as they teased a big film called ‘The Avengers‘, which put a lot of our favorite superheroes together to fight evil. After several solo movies with the likes of Hulk, Thor, Captain America, and Iron Man, we finally got an ‘Avengers‘ movie in 2012, which made over $1 billion for Marvel and Disney, and was met with much praise and critical success. It was because of this, that Marvel has announced tons of superhero films through the year 2019 that will play into their overall story arc they have been building since 2008. We’ve all been anxiously awaiting this sequel for quite some time now, with tons of posters and trailers that have more than elevated our calm levels with excitement. Now the time is finally here for another hefty dose of ‘Avengers‘ with each superhero returning along with Joss Whedon directing.

Hi everyone, Bryan Here…

avengers-3-infinity-wars

Marvel Studios has give us their epic slate of films for the foreseeable future. In that slate includes, ‘Avengers: Infinity War‘, which was a series of six comics that came out in 1992 and was a sequel to the comic series ‘Infinity Guantlet‘, which basically had the entire Marvel Universe, trying to stop the evil Thanos. Well, Marvel has now hired the director, or shall I saw directors for that project.

Hi everyone, Bryan Here…

avengers-age-of-ultron-collage

Here is a brand new trailer for one of the biggest films of 2015, which is ‘The Avengers: Age of Ultron’. Marvel had the brilliant idea to showcase this trailer by asking for a number of re-tweets on Twitter to unlock the trailer. It’s a genius marketing move to get everyone excited and involved. They used the hashtag  . And it went over very well, only taking an hour or two to achieve the goal. Ultron lays out his plans for decimating Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in the latest trailer for Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” in theaters May 1!

We’re bringing you the next brand new trailer for ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron‘!!! Last night during the ESPN coverage of the College Football Playoff National Championship, Marvel dropped the new clip. Joss Whedon brilliantly directed the first ‘Avengers’ and we see those high expectations every bit equalled in the all-too-short trailer, the haunting music laid over the clip is fantastic at building tension, too.

Hi everyone, Bryan Here…

49kb38i-sdcc-hulk-smash-last-2-posters-reveals-hulk-thor-for-avengers-2-age-of-ultron

We first saw a trailer for Joss Whedon and Marvel Comics’Avengers 2: Age of Ultron‘ a few weeks ago where we saw a ver menacing Ultron (voiced by James Spader) singing a very creepy version of ‘I’ve Got No Strings On Me’. Someone leaked the trailer before it was supposed to debut on ‘Agents of SHIELD‘, to which Marvel answered by just releasing it early. It was quite comical, but one thing is for sure, the trailer was amazing.

Hi everyone, Bryan Here…

11-freddy-vs-jason

The Multi-Media Men are back with the 47th episode that covers all things in the entertainment industry. We had a great adventure this time around and had tons to discuss. It was a small week this week with Susan Kamyab from This Chix Flix and Gwen Reyes from Fresh Fiction TV . It was a lot of fun to say the least. We discuss movie monsters, horror movie characters, The Grateful Dead, Avengers 2, and even pitch our own horror “VS” movie (‘Freddy vs Jason‘). We also have a winner for our infamous HORROR MOVIE BRACKET. For our Horror Movie Bracket, we had professor Paul Nimon pair and seed it this time, to which blood was drawn between our podcasters on who should move to the next round. It got crazy. Let us know if you agree or missed anything. And please let us know what you think by going to our FACEBOOK page and TWITTER page, which you should visit to catch up on all the latest information. And don’t forget to visit iTunes and Stitcher to subscribe to our podcast. Enjoy the show.

Hey guys, Jana here,

avengers

Who would have thought after yesterday’s announcements from Marvel that there could possibly be more the company could throw at us? The comic giant is doing a great job of keeping our interests securely on their universe. After the first ‘Avengers 2‘ trailer was leaked by a shady insider, Marvel responded by giving us the high quality clip. That montage was all it took for fans across the globe to collectively geek out at once. Imagine my surprise when I’m still riding high on the fumes of yesterday’s press conference info that there is yet another brand new trailer up!

Disney and Marvel did a little bit of juggling today when a poor version of next summer’s anticipated blockbuster sequel, ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ was the target of a leaked trailer. Their response to the non-sanctioned release? Giving us an official version! ABC’s ‘Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ was going to be the host for the hotly anticipated superhero flick less than a week from now, but an insider jumped the gun. Regardless of how it was released, it has gone viral and will be one of the most-searched-for trailers for a while, now.

Before, I get into the future project of Aaron Taylor-Johnson, a.k.a. Kick Ass, let me just take a moment to express how absolutely gorgeous this guy looks without the frizzy hair of his first appearance as the normal dude turned vigilante. I kind of slid my eyes past him because I could not see the hottie he had hidden. I just checked out a picture of him and was freaking gobsmacked at the boy looking back at me that will be filling my night time thoughts. Yummy. Now that I’ve stated the obvious but important point of his looks I can get on with his new project.

Hi, Bryan Here….

 Avengers-2-Age-of-Ultron-marvel-comics-35085661-600-514

Marvel and Disney are now calling the upcoming ‘Avengers‘ sequel ‘The Avengers: The Age of Ultron‘.  So there will be no ‘Avengers 2’ or ‘Avengers Into Darkness’.  Its release date remains May 1, 2015.  So I guess Ultron is gonna be the big bad guy until Thanos. This could get interesting.

Hi, Bryan Here….

I think Guillermo Del Toro might just be the coolest guy on the planet, next to Tom Waits.  His new epic film ‘Pacific Rim’ is testing through the roof, we hear and Warner Bros. is so happy about it, they want Guillermo to make all their films.  Warner offered Guillermo to direct a feature adaptation of the tv series ‘V’ and a sequel to ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’.  But we hear that Guillermo wants to do his own version of a film like ‘The Avengers’ or ‘The Justice League’.
