Fox Renews ‘Bob’s Burgers’ For A Sixth Season!!!

by Red Zeppelbon on Jan 8th, 2015

Hey guys, Jana here,

bobs-burgers (1)

Bob’s Burgers‘ is one of Fox’s animated series that hasn’t made as huge of a splash as counterparts ‘The Simpsons‘ or ‘Family Guy‘, but has still developed a loyal following, especially among Fox and 20th Century Fox TV big boys. It’s rare that a TV series makes it to a 6th season anymore, but to be an animated comedy making it to a 6th season is a huge milestone!

Fox Renews ‘The Simpsons’ For Two More New Seasons!!!

by Gumbercules9000 on Oct 7th, 2011

Hi Bryan Here…

Everyone’s favorite animated family has just been renewed for two more new seasons.  Of course I am talking about the lovable ‘Simpsons’.  Of course over the past few days, Fox and the cast of the ‘Simpsons’ have been negotiating their salaries.  Fox said earlier in the week that ‘The Simpsons’ might need to be cancelled because they could no longer afford the salaries of their cast.  Harry Shearer (voice of Ned Flanders, Reverend Lovejoy, Lenny, amongst tons of others) offered 70% of his salary to keep the show going.  But that didn’t need to happen.  Fox and the cast came to a gracious agreement and we get ‘The Simpsons’ for at least two more years.  Kudos to everyone involved and thank you.

by Gumbercules9000 on Oct 4th, 2017

Hi everyone, Bryan here….

Move over ‘Simpsons‘, because ‘Bob’s Burgers‘ is making it to the big screen from 20th Century Fox. That’s right, there is going to be a ‘Bob’s Burgers‘ film in theaters, but you’ll have to be patient, because the movie won’t come out until July 17, 2020. We might have flying cars by that time and robot overlords. The animated show has been a hit since 2011 when it first aired on Fox and has developed into a cash cow and is critically acclaimed across the board for its offbeat humor.

Hi everyone, Bryan here….

This is definitely on my radar now. Jeff Bridges and Chris Hemsworth, meaning The Dude and Thor are most likely going to star in a new film called Bad Times at the El Royale, which will be directed by Drew Goddard and released by 20th Century Fox. Despite the awesome two actors and the cool title, filmmaker Drew Goddard is one to watch for sure.

Hi everyone, Bryan here…

acs-home-header-ac_movie_trailer-fox-official_249544

Yes, we are all a bit nervous when it comes to video game movies. There is good reason for that too, since most of them are fairly terrible, even though some make a ton of money at the box office. The ‘Tomb Raider‘ films with Angelina Jolie made a ton of money as did the many sequels of ‘Resident Evil‘. Let’s not forget the recent ‘Warcraft‘ movie or ‘The Angry Birds‘ movie either – all of which made a big box office splash, despite the quality of story and performances.

Alien Nation (1988) Directed by Graham Baker Shown from left: Mandy Patinkin, James Caan

Jeff Nichols (‘Mud‘) is teaming up with 20th Century Fox to give a new spin on the 1988 sci-fi thriller ‘Alien Nation‘. Nichols is looking to write and direct the reboot that took the “buddy-cop” classification as far as anyone has by pairing up a curmudgeonly, racist, vet with not just someone different than him, but someone of another race entirely.
