Hi everyone, Bryan here…

Ash vs Evil Dead Season 2 2016

If you thought Fantastic Fest couldn’t get any more FANTASTIC, then think again. STARZ premiered the first two episodes of ‘Ash vs Evil Dead‘ Season two at the festival and brought along Bruce Campbell, Lee Majors, Dana DeLorenzo, and Ray Santiago to meet the fans and promote the new season. If you haven’t seen the show yet, I can tell you with a whole heart that you are indeed missing out on everything cool. ‘Ash vs Evil Dead‘ is one of the best shows on television right now and season two starts on October 2nd on STARZ.

As you know, this site ‘Boomstick Comics’ was completely derived from Bruce Campbell and ‘The Evil Dead‘ franchise, so it was a pretty big deal to sit down with the man, the myth, the legend, the industry of groovy himself Bruce Campbell and talk about Ash and ‘The Evil Dead‘. Not only that, I got to talk to The Six Million Dollar Man himself Lee Majors, which was just all sorts of incredible. The two younger ones to the franchise are the amazingly talented and ultra beautiful Dana DeLorenzo and the fantastic and magnificent actor Ray Santiago, who discussed working on the show and receiving the gallons and gallons of blood thrown on them every day for work.

It’s not a bad gig, is it? The second season itself starts off with a bang or a party if you will, with tons of beer, party goers, and of course deadites. The gore and blood is flowing constantly and the one-liners from everyone are spot on. Enter Lee Majors as Ash’s dad, which we find out might have given Ash all of his one-liners and mojo. There is a scene in the second episode where something insane happens to Ash where I think a new Halloween Costume will be available for purchase in the future.

It’s the perfect mix of terror, comedy, silliness, fun, and horror. You can’t ask for more, but yet, week after week ‘Ash vs Evil Dead‘ delivers all of the goods and then some. So please, tune into ‘Ash vs Evil Dead‘ Season Two on October 2nd and check out the fun as hell interview below with these glorious people.
