Netflixers make sure you’ve got batteries in the remote and the junk food nearby. Doesn’t everybody surround themselves with crap to binge on Netflix series or is that just me? ‘Making a Murderer‘ is coming back to the streamer for another run at the Steven Avery story that made ‘Making a Murderer‘ one of the top talked about series on Netflix.

Filmed over a 10-year period, ‘Making a Murderer‘ is an unprecedented real-life thriller about Steven Avery, a DNA exoneree who, while in the midst of exposing corruption in local law enforcement, finds himself the prime suspect in a grisly new crime. Set in America’s heartland, the series takes viewers inside a high-stakes criminal case where reputation is everything and things are never as they appear.

Season two keeps the story of convicted murderer Steven Avery and his co-defendant, Brendan Dassey, going as we follow new details the first series stirred up as both challenge their convictions. Emotions will be running wild as the case is torn open in new ways, with the defendants hoping new light can be shed to prove their innocence.

Each installment features exclusive access to Avery’s new lawyer and Dassey’s legal team, as well as the people and their families that are close to the case. There is no set release date or how many episodes this new season will consist of, but seeing the justice system in action will, no doubt, draw plenty of viewers.
