David Britten Prior will write and direct the supernatural flick, he’s mostly spent time directing and producing video documentaries and shorts. It’s the first Boom! Studios comic to be adapted under a first look deal the company has at Fox. The source material was written by Cullen Bunn and illustrated by Vanesa Del Rey, but Prior’s script goes its own way and departs from the comic. The project hopes to begin filming in South Africa this fall.
