We’ve got the restricted trailer for ‘Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping‘, this comedy of hilarious proportions comes from the amazing producer, Judd Apatow and directed by the team of Akiva Schaffer (‘Macgruber‘) and Jorma Taccone (‘Saturday Night Live‘). The film is anchored by Andy Samberg, Schaffer and Taccone who are collectively known as The Lonely Island.
When his new album fails to sell records, pop/rap superstar Conner4rReal (Samberg) goes into a major tailspin and watches his celebrity high life begin to collapse. He’ll try anything to bounce back, anything except reuniting with his old rap group The Style Boyz. Co-starring Sarah Silverman, Tim Meadows and Maya Rudolph, the flick bows June 3.
