I had the distinct pleasure to sit down with writers/actors/directors Jim Rash and Nat Faxon a few weeks ago in Dallas to discuss their new amazing film, ‘The Way Way Back‘. They couldn’t have been nicer and we had a great conversation about the filmmaking process, some of their favorite movies, and much more.
Not only would your recognize Jim Rash from ‘Community‘ and Nat Faxon from ‘Beerfest‘, but they are also Oscar winners for their work on ‘The Descendants‘, which they wrote. Their new film, ‘The Way Way Back’ is their first film they directed and has an all-star cast including Steve Carrell, Sam Rockwell, Allison Janney, Rob Corddry, Amanda Pete, Toni Collette, and Maya Rudolph.
