Hi, Bryan Here….

Al Pacino is returning to the stage and film known as ‘Glengarry Glen Ross’.  The 1992 film adaptation got Pacino an Oscar nod back twenty years ago and now Broadway is looking to put it back on the stage for 2013.  Pacino played Ricky Roma in the film, but will play Shelly Levene in the play, which was played by Jack Lemmon in the film.

This will reunite Pacino and director Daniel Sullivan from their work on ‘Merchant of Venice’ according to the NYT.  This play has always won many awards and has attracted big names.  I’m curious to see who else they get for this run.  I’m glad to see Pacino on the stage.  Now we just need a Scarface musical.

Your thoughts?
