There is a Tim Burton Bluray Collection coming May 1st and it looks to be an Amazon.com exclusive only. Celebrate some of Tim Burton’s best filmss with this 7-movie Blu-ray collection featuring an all-new premium hardcover book. If you already own some or all these movies, there is really no reason to get this set, because I don’t see any changes from the previous releases other than the book that comes with the set, and the collectibility.
The films include:
- Pee Wee’s Big Adventure
- Beetlejuice
- Batman
- Batman Returns
- Mars Attacks!
- Corpse Bride
- Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Not sure why they chose these, but I would have hoped they would have included ‘Big Fish’ and ‘ Edward Scissor Hands’. Currently the set is up for pre-order for #53.99. That’s less than $8 per film. So not bad.
