Hi Bryan Here…

Director of the epic, brutal horror film, “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre”, Tobe Hooper is returning to the director’s chair to bring us a new horror film.  It is called DJINN!!

Tobe gave us Poltergeist in addition to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.  He has been abscent from the filmmaking scene from the last few years.  He has done a few “Masters Of Horror” epsisodes and “The Toolbox Murders” recently, but not anything to write home about.

I am glad he is returning to the big screen.

According to the HR, Tobe Hooper will direct DJINN from a screenplay by David Tully.  The film will be about a family that movies from the United Arab Emirates to the U.S.A.  When the family moves into their new high rise, they quickly find out that it is also a home for extremely evil ancient creatures from Arab folklore known as the Djinn.  Hooper will have a Emirate director has a consultant on the film to help throughout.

Hooper said: “Simply put, this movie will scare everyone, no matter where you live or what you believe in.”

I am so excited for this film.  Glad to see Tobe Hooper back.

Your thoughts?
