Justin Theroux has confirmed that he and Ben Stiller have finished the 1st draft of a sequel for Zoolander.

Theroux confirmed this to MTV while at New York Comic Con by saying: “The script is in good shape right now,” he said. “I’m feeling very optimistic about it. We’re doing a few little tweaks before we submit it, but I’m very hopeful that I’m going to be working on that soon.”  “It’s too funny – it’ll blow your mind.”

The current story line is reportedly about Zoolander and Hansel trying to get back and gain fame again in the fashion model industry at the age of 40.

He explained: “We start off with them in a pretty bad place… They’re about to ring 40’s bell. They have to claw their way back into the fashion industry in some way or another.”

It was also said that Will Ferrell will reprise his role as villain Mugatu and that a character has been written for “Superbad” star Jonah Hill.

The first Zoolander was great.  It was directed by Ben Stiller , and I am sure this one will be as well.  Let’s hope we see Billy Zane again.
